Proverbs 11:29
The fool is a person who is clueless. They lack the knowledge and basic understanding for their advancement. This lack disqualifies them from leadership and renders them a servant to the wise of heart. It is the void, shallow and cluelessness of the fool that makes him a danger to himself and robs him of his freedom.
The wise of heart are those who operate in knowledge, skill, tact and understanding. According to Proverbs, the wise of heart will have servants some of whom will be fools. Some might question why the wise would have a fool as a servant, but the wise of heart knows how to make use of a fool. This shows their ability to use the unusable in a way that is of value. The wise of heart can make a fool useful.
There is a wisdom that comes from the heart. This wisdom is very resourceful, in that it has the ability to organize and bring usefulness to any situation. It has a resourceful scavenging ability that finds and gets to the very last drop at the bottom of a bottle. With this ability it can make the useless useful, the rejected accepted and the empty full. This sort of wisdom flows from a place that passes life to the living and hope to the hopeful. This place is the heart.
It is not necessarily the foolishness of the fool that enable him to be a servant. It is the wisdom of the wise.
